Social media messages aren't constantly monitored so please don't use Facebook or Instagram to send booking requests.​

Email enquiries are not confirmed until we've got in touch to confirm the booking for groups of 4 or less.

Due to an unprecedented number of no shows and last minute cancellations we now have no option but to require advance deposits for all bookings of 5 or more people. 

Deposits are set at £10 per person

Deposits are non-refundable.

Email or telephone enquiries are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid for groups of 5 or more.

Deposits can be paid over the phone by calling us on 01522 212905.​

Deposits will be redeemed at £10 per person on the day of the booking.  For example if a booking is made for 8 people then a deposit of £80 will be required to confirm the booking.  If only 6 people turn up on the day then only £60 will be redeemed from the deposit.

Please don't assume we will be able to change the date or time of your booking once it has been confirmed.  We may be unable to do so.

Please arrive on time.  We may not be able to accomodate your booking if guests arrive late.

We always do our best to accomodate exceptional circumstances but unfortunately it  is not always possible to amend bookings after they have been confirmed.
